The color is pale lemon. Fruity aroma of white flower, apple, pear, mango and passion fruits. Pleasant aromas of vanilla,
coconuts and cream. Round acidity with creamy and textured body. Long aftertaste with minerality.

Technical Information
Vinification: Single Vineyard. Using free-run juice. Skin contact at low temperature.
Fermentation in stainless steel tank (10-14℃). Move a portion of wine to barrel, just before the end of the fermentation.
Followed by maturation with lees for 3-4 months. Blend wines matured in stainless steel tank and the barrel.

Karavitakis Winery
Karavitakis Winery was founded in 1955 in Chania, in the western part of Crete, and in 2021, the fourth-generation owner, Nikos Karavitakis, took over the estate.
The winery owns and sources grapes from vineyards across Crete, both estate-owned and from contracted growers.
The vineyards range from sea level up to 900 meters in altitude, mostly facing north, with about 90% planted to
indigenous Greek varieties.
Nikos sees great potential in Vidiano, a native Cretan grape, and focuses on crafting wines that truly express the variety’s authentic character. Although production remains limited, his winemaking is firmly centered on quality over quantity.
