Tasting Comment
The color is amberish gold.
This wine has sweet and deep aromas of apricot, quince, vanilla, sweet spice (licorice), apple tart, caramel, and walnut.
You can enjoy the layers of complex flavors. Along with that, the high acidity of Assyrtiko tightens the wine, and the
saltiness gives it a full mouthfeel.
The impressive finish, with saltiness and umami, is complex and lasts very long.
