Made with pure water and premium durum wheat semolina, this traditional pasta from Cyprus is crafted using the bronze-die method.
Shaped like grains of rice, Orzo offers a smooth texture with a firm bite, releasing the wholesome flavor of wheat with
every mouthful.
Versatile and delicious, it can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes such as Greek Youvetsi, salads, soups, or baked into
casseroles.
It also makes an excellent addition to risotto-style dishes or paella.

It all started in 1932, when brothers Chrysostomos and Costas Mitsides bought a traditional stone mill in the old part of
Nicosia. This was the beginning of an ongoing path of excellence and quality, which passed down from generation to
