A premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil with P.D.O.
The Koroneiki variety, used to produce this extra virgin olive oil, is abundantly cultivated in Mani, a region of Messinia at the foot of Mount Taygetos.
The olives are hand-picked between November and February each year and pressed within a few hours of harvest using
Mani’s traditional stone mill method.
Koroneiki olives, known for their very low acidity and high polyphenol content, yield oils of exceptional quality.
The resulting olive oil has a bright, deep green color, a fruity yet pleasantly bitter flavor, and is characterized by
apple-like fruit notes and a smooth, velvety texture.
